Principal Message

Dear Parents,

BCS has made STEADY PROGRESS in the last few years and has started to make its presence felt in the education sector, we have designed a curriculum to offer quality education, we have built infrastructure to provide the best of opportunities, we have created an ambience for joyful learning. However, to sustain the quality, we need to adhere to the rules and regulations, as well as the norms and practices set by the school. In our continuous effort of imparting child centred education and imbibing human values, we have chosen an acronym 'ETHICS' for the values taught at BCS. The core values are Empathy, Team Work, Humility, Integrity, Courage and Self Discipline. With unstinted continued support and cooperation from our parents, we are sure, we would be still moving ahead, thereby creating greater impacts in the education sector.

The School Diary is a mode of effective two way communication between the school & the parents. Parents are requested to read through the school diary for information regarding regulations. In this diary, we have compiled all the information pertaining to the day-today activities of the school; this will be a handbook for your reference as well as a means of communication. The school diary is to be preserved carefully and no page is to be torn from the diary. It has to be brought to school everyday to record the instructions and home work given by the school staff. This process helps the children to be systematic and maintain punctuality. Parents are expected to sign the school diary regularly.

However parents also receive communication through the school-app unless there is an incidence of technical error.

According to John Holt, the famous educationist "School is a place in which all children grow not just in size, not even in knowledge, but in curiosity, courage, confidence, independence, resourcefulness, resilience, patience, competence and understanding".

The whole staff of BCS works round the clock to see our children in the above definition of a school.

Kindly make sure that you go through the diary and apprise yourself of the school norms to guide your child suitably. We would be happy if both parents and students use the diary optimally and refer to it often in the context of daily issues.

All the best for the ensuing academic year.
